Katlego Global Logistics (PTY) Ltd is proud to be one of the assigned courier companies tasked to collect and deliver UNISA student’s study material and collect UNISA student’s assignments. Please note that Katlego Global Logistics is not liable for non-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the student at registration or an invalid or non-working telephone number.  

Please ensure you have provided UNISA with the following correct information which is required for efficient delivery:

  • A valid and active cell phone number
  • An alternative and valid contact number (in case we cannot get hold of you via your cell phone number)
  • A valid and correct courier delivery address

If you would like to submit your hard copy UNISA Assignments, please find your nearest drop-off point here and we will deliver them to UNISA at no charge to you.

Should you want for your assignment to be collected from you, please notify our call centre agents on 0861 528 534, who will organize a pick up at an additional courier fee.  

 

Study Material

 

Q: How long does it take to deliver my UNISA study course material?

A: It takes up to 10 (ten) days to deliver your study course material from the completion of your registration with UNISA

Q: How do I track my UNISA study material?

A: You can track your study material on our website here and enter your student number or waybill number

Q: Can I collect my UNISA study material from one of the Katlego Global Logistics’ branches, if I live nearby?

A: Yes you can. Please make contact with one of our staff at the call centre to make arrangements for your collection.

Q: Can I change my delivery address if I am no longer staying at the address originally provided?

A: Yes you can. Please contact the Katlego Global Logistics’ call centre and arrange for the parcel to be delivered to your new address. Please ensure that you update your delivery address as well on your My UNISA account – https://my.unisa.ac.za/ as we will not be able to update your address for all your future deliveries.

Q: There has been a delay in the delivery of my study course material. Is there anything that I can do in the meantime?

A: Yes, you can obtain a digital copy of your study material online at https://my.unisa.ac.za/ > module tab / link > Official study material. Please inform our call centre if you have not received the  physical hard copy of your study material within 14 days from registration.

Q: What happens if I’m not at home when Katlego Global Logistics’ delivers my study material?

A: The delivery of your study material will be delayed. To prevent this, please ensure you have a designated person available to receive your study material once you have received a formal SMS from Katlego Global Logistics, notifying you of the delivery.
