Please ensure you have provided UNISA with the following correct information which is required for efficient delivery:

  • A valid and active cell phone number
  • An alternative and valid contact number (in case we cannot get hold of you via your cell phone number)
  • A valid and correct courier delivery address

If you would like to submit your hard copy UNISA Assignments, please find your nearest drop-off point here and we will deliver them to UNISA at no charge to you.

Should you want for your assignment to be collected from you, please notify our call centre agents on 0861 528 534 / 011 990 2600, who will organize a pick up at an additional courier fee.

Assignments 

Before submitting your hard copy assignments to one of our official drop off points, please ensure that you have provided with the correct information as stipulated below:

– Your Student Number

–  The Course Code

– The Assignment Number

– Student’s Initials And Surname

– Student’s Address

– Unique Number

– Cell Phone Number

 

Each hard-copy assignment must have its own assignment cover. Please do not attach assignments to each other. You can track the delivery status of your assignments here.  

 

Please note that you will receive 2 (two) SMSes from Katlego Global Logistics confirming the status of your assignment’s movement.

The first SMS will notify you that Katlego Global Logistics has received your UNISA assignment.

The second SMS will notify you that Katlego Global Logistics has delivered your assignment to UNISA.

If you have not received both of these SMSes within (5 working days), please attempt to trace your assignment on our website here

Alternatively, please lodge an enquiry with UNISA as Katlego Global Logistics would not have received your UNISA assignment.
